Standard (non-custom) orders ship within 2-3 business days. Custom name and personalized orders ship within 3-5 business days to allow time for printing your design.

We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every product we print. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it at no charge.

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items unless there is a defect. Standard (non-custom) items may be returned unused within 14 days for a full refund.
